1. is brindie free?
yes, for free events, no monthly fee, no setup cost, no card required to start, you only pay when your events are paid and you get paid too.
2. do i pay anything for free events?
no, free events cost nothing, with no limit on how many you run.
3. is there a limit to how many events or members i can have?
no caps, run as many events as you want, with as many members as your community grows to, on the free plan.
4. is there a contract or commitment?
none, no lock in, cancel or pause anytime.
5. do i need to be technical to set this up?
no, if you can post on instagram, you can launch a Brindie page, most hosts go from signup to a live event page in under ten minutes.
6. can i leave or use something else alongside brindie?
yes, your community and your data are yours. use Brindie alongside instagram or whatsapp, or leave whenever you want, nothing keeps you locked in.
7. how do the fees actually work?
Brindie takes 8% of the ticket price when an event is paid. attendees pay a separate processing fee at checkout (€0.75 on tickets up to €30, or 2.5% (max €2.50) above that. tickets €0.30 or less have no processing fee.), never folded into your price.
8. when do i get paid?
ticket sales land in your balance automatically after checkout, standard payouts arrive 7 days after each sale, or withdraw instantly anytime for a 1.8% fee.
9. can i pass the fee on to my attendees?
the processing fee is already separate and visible to attendees at checkout, the 8% host fee is yours to absorb or factor into your ticket price, your call.
10. what if i run high ticket or recurring events?
